Walking Pneumonia Symptoms

Symptoms generally begin 1 to 4 weeks after exposure (incubation period). Symptoms then develop slowly, over a period of two to four days and may be similar to a cold or the flu. There is usually decreased activity, fever, sore throat, and a headache.
